Semi-Automatic Powered Stretch Wrap Machines for Pallet Wrapping and Shipping Operations

SWA-54_Z.gifSemi-automatic powered stretch wrap machines provide fast, consistent pallet wrapping for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and shipping departments. Designed to improve packaging efficiency and load stability, these industrial stretch wrappers reduce manual labor while helping protect palletized products during storage and transportation.

Key Features & Benefits

Built with a powered variable-speed turntable and durable steel construction, these pallet wrapping machines deliver reliable performance for medium-duty shipping applications. Adjustable turntable rotation speeds allow operators to control wrap consistency and productivity, while the counter-balanced film mast supports smooth film application. The adjustable friction-brake system helps maintain proper film tension for secure load containment and reduced film waste. Foot pedal operation and manually controlled film carriage movement simplify operation and improve wrapping flexibility for loads of varying sizes.

Applications & Configurations

Available with multiple turntable diameters and optional powered mast upgrades, these stretch wrap systems support a wide range of pallet wrapping requirements. Optional digital scales, automatic indexing systems, retrofit powered mast kits, and factory-installed mounting configurations provide added customization for integrated packaging and shipping operations. Compatible with standard stretch film rolls for efficient daily use in industrial environments.

The standard manual film wrap delivery can be upgraded to 115V 1-phase AC powered mast option (PMO). The hand held control is used to raise/lower the film while the foot control is used to operate the turntable. Please contact factory for Approach Ramp options on these models.

Approach ramps and scales make a great addition to stretch wrap machines. The stretch wrap machine sits right on top of the scale for easy assembly, or they can be bolted together before shipping to you with the factory installation option PLATF-MTG-CA.
