Built from structural 8 inch C-channel steel, these guard rails help protect personnel, machinery, inventory, walls, and facility infrastructure from damage caused by carts, forklifts, and other moving equipment. Heavy-Duty Drop-In Rail ConstructionThe removable drop-in rail design allows railing sections to be lifted out quickly when temporary access is needed for maintenance, equipment movement, or workflow changes. Each structural rail includes drop-in style brackets and hardware, with 8 inch C-channel construction weighing 11-1/2 lb. per foot for maximum strength. Rail Lengths and Post ConfigurationsThis family includes 4 foot, 6 foot, 8 foot, 10 foot, and 12 foot rail lengths for creating straight runs or custom guardrail layouts. Tubular mounting posts are available in 18 inch, 42 inch, 60 inch, and 72 inch heights to accommodate one, two, or three rail configurations. Mounting and System AccessoriesPosts include mounting holes on three sides so they can be used as corner or center posts. The 10 inch x 10 inch base plates include four pre-drilled mounting holes for floor installation. Additional mounting brackets, center support brackets for longer rails, and concrete anchor bolt kits are available for expanded guard rail system installations. A yellow baked-in powder-coated finish provides visibility and long-lasting toughness. |
